Foaming Facial Cleanser

Apply cleanser to damp skin and massage gently for 30 seconds. Allow the cleanser to foam and then rinse off with lukewarm water. If the cleanser does not foam then rinse and repeat to ensure proper cleanse. Can be your only cleanser or the second step in a double cleanse.
