Membership Terms and Conditions
The Glowbar Membership
The Details
- One facial voucher per month redeemable at any Glowbar studio (unused vouches expire three months after the month in which they were issued)
- 15% off retail products (excludes gift cards)
- Additional facials for $65 each (discounted rate)
- One free guest pass per year (eligible for redemption Monday - Friday at any Glowbar studio)
- Access to our loyalty program
Commitment & Pausing
- A 4-month minimum commitment is required.
- After 4 months, you can cancel or pause your membership anytime.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to the studio with 30 days’ notice.
- Glowbar reserves the right to terminate or revoke memberships at any time.
Billing & Vouchers
- Membership auto-renews and is billed on the 1st of each month, with charges continuing after the 4-month minimum commitment unless canceled with 30-days notice.
- Facial vouchers expire after three months, are non-transferable, and do not roll over.
- Unused vouchers are non-refundable.
- Guest passes are void if membership is canceled.

The Details
- 1 facial voucher per month redeemable at any Glowbar studio (unused vouches expire 3 months after the month in which they were issued)
- 15% off retail products (excludes gift cards)
- Additional facials priced at your membership rate
- 1 free guest pass per year (eligible for redemption Monday - Friday at any Glowbar studio)
- Access to our loyalty and referral program
Commitment & Pausing
- A 6-month minimum commitment is required.
- After 6 months, you can cancel your membership. Cancellation requests must be emailed to the studio with 30 days’ notice or canceled via the client portal.
- After 6 months at the Black Friday Membership Deal price, you will be automatically switched to our regular Membership pricing ($65). Memberships become active the day of purchase.
- Glowbar reserves the right to terminate or revoke memberships at any time.
