Glowbar Membership Terms and Conditions

As a Glowbar member, you’ll receive the following:

• One facial voucher per month redeemable at any Glowbar studio (unused vouches expire three months after the month in which they were issued)
• 15% off retail products (excludes gift cards)
• Additional facials for $65 each (discounted rate)
• One free guest pass per year (eligible for redemption Monday - Friday at any Glowbar studio)
• Access to our loyalty program

Membership Commitment & Pausing

• A 4-month minimum commitment is required.
• After 4 months, you can cancel or pause your membership anytime.
• Cancellation requests must be emailed to the studio with 30 days’ notice.
• Glowbar reserves the right to terminate or revoke memberships at any time.

Billing & Vouchers

• Membership auto-renews and is billed on the 1st of each month, with charges continuing after the 4-month minimum commitment unless canceled with 30-days notice.
• Facial vouchers expire after three months, are non-transferable, and do not roll over.
• Unused vouchers are non-refundable.
• Guest passes are void if membership is canceled.
