Who is eligible for the Glowbar Loyalty program?
Only those with active Glowbar memberships are eligible to earn & redeem loyalty rewards. One of the (many) perks of membership!
What happens to my rewards if I cancel my membership?
When you cancel your Glowbar membership you lose any unredeemed loyalty points.
What happens to my rewards if I pause my membership?
When you pause your Glowbar membership you also pause your loyalty account. You won't be able to earn nor redeem loyalty points while you're paused.
Not to worry, your points are available as soon as your pause ends.
