Founding Member & New Studio FAQs
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
As a Founding Member, you will be billed $70 each month, for as long as you remain a member. Upon signing up for membership, you agree to an initial commitment period of 6 months.
WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATE?
You will be billed for your first month of membership upon purchase. If purchasing a Founding Membership before the studio is open, your second month won't be billed until the second month that the studio is open.
WHEN AM I BILLED?
You are billed for your first month of membership upon purchase. Your subsequent billings will occur on the 1st of each month following.
WHERE IS MY FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP VALID?
Your first visit as a Founding Member must take place at the studio of purchase (Wellesley). After that, you are free to visit any of our other 28 locations.
WHAT IF I WANT TO PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Pausing is a great option if you need to take a brief break from your monthly visits. You can fill out this form at any time to pause your membership for up to 3 months.
If you want to cancel, keep in mind that you won't be able to reactivate at the same rate. You can ask your studio team in person, or email us at support@glowbar.com to cancel your membership. Initial 6-month commitment period must be fulfilled before you are eligible to cancel your membership.
CAN I BECOME A FOUNDING MEMBER IF I AM ALREADY A MEMBER?
Only non-members can become founding members. However, if you're currently a standard Glowbar Member ($75/mo), you can request to upgrade to Founding Membership+ ($120/mo).
