1. Sponsor

The Glowbar x Remedy Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is co-sponsored by:

Collectively referred to herein as the “Sponsors.”

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on 9/22/2026 at 8 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 10/22/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting the Glowbar x Remedy Giveaway entry page and completing and submitting the entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsors’ discretion.

5. Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive:

  • Twelve (12) Glowbar facial vouchers, with one (1) voucher issued on the first day of each month for twelve (12) consecutive months. Each voucher is valid for one (1) Member First Time & Returning Treatment.

  • A one (1) year supply of Remedy skincare products, with one (1) bundle issued every two (2) months for a total of six (6) bundles. Each bundle includes: one (1) Azelaic Serum, one (1) Rich Cream, one (1) Cream-to-Foam Cleanser, and one (1) Eye Cream.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,626.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the Sponsors’ discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or around 10/26/2026. The potential winners will be notified via email on or around 10/26/2026.

The potential winners must respond within 48 hours of the notification and may be required to verify eligibility and complete any documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsors.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

Sponsors will never require a winner to provide payment in order to claim a prize.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors regarding the Giveaway, which shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or abusive manner.

9. Privacy and Marketing Communications

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Sponsors’ Privacy Policy, available at https://glowbar.com/pages/privacy-policy and https://remedyskin.com/pages/privacy-policy, and these Official Rules.

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Glowbar and Remedy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in such communications.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
